The Love's: June 2007

Eight Months Old

The girls were eight months old on June 2 .
The girls are both sitting by them selves very well, and are rolling around the house. Both girls are starting to get there knees up under them and there arms up as well, they just cant seem to move in the crawling position.
It is amazing how differant the girls are. Emmerson is our little ham, everything is hilarious. Some one told me if the babys ever bite you while your breast feeding, just screem in pain, it will scare them and they will never do it again. Well it was a good idea, but I screemed and Emmerson thaught mommy was hilarious, along with trying to grab hair or the camera. Pretty much everything is funny. She is however not so funny these days as she is getting three new teeth at the same time. She already has two teeth.
Scarlett is gentle compared to her sister that is. She likes Eskimo kisses ( rubbing noses),
and playing ball with daddy. She is sterting to think she is funny to. She has two teeth and has not bit mommy ( yet).
Both girls love the out doors, swimming, and pulling the cats hair. They are healthy happy babies, and are still two ponds apart. Emmerson is 20lb and Scarlett is 18lb. It's time for new car seats soon.

Then There Were Two

On October 2 2006 the girls were born via c-section, due to them both being in the breach position.

Scarlett was born @ 11:17 am she was 17" long and weighed 4lb 10 oz

Emmerson was born @ 11:18 am was 18 7/8" long and weighed 6lb

Scarlett was rushed to Vancouver for tests, because she came out with a blue leg and they feared it was a blood clot. She came back to kelowna with a clean bill of health four days later.

I spent four days in the hospital recovering, and the girls stayed about a week.
